Nestled back on Lofton Rd. and close by the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains, this property is perfect for someone looking for the peace and quiet of country living. Enjoy those summer nights by the campfire, or go out and relax to the sounds of nature by the pond! The property itself has a nice sized living room, plenty of space for a family. Another key aspect is the additional trailer that is currently being rented out on the same parcel, this opens up a nice opportunity for someone to have that extra income to go towards the mortgage or just passive income in general!
